Adding Users Manually

You can setup the website to not allow users to register themselves and only allow pre-approved emails, to do this:

  • Navigate to the Dashboard
  • Select Settings
  • Scroll down to the Registration area
  • Select No in the drop down menu for Users Can Register Themselves? 

Click the green Save button at the bottom of the page.

The Admin can add users manually, by either Upload New Users or Add Single User.

To Upload New Users:

  • Click Get CSV Template 
  • Fill in the details under the headings Email and Name
  • Return to the website and click Choose a File 
  • Select the excel file you created
  • Click Upload Users

To Add Single User, fill in the following fields:

  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Any extra Fields you may have set up
  • Click the Add User button
