Adding additional fields to the Question box

You may wish to capture additional data when a user asks a question. This data can either be a part of the registration details for the user or a custom field that will appear above the Question text box. To add fields:

  • Navigate to the Dashboard
  • Select Interaction
  • Choose the Questions tab, click the grey Edit Fields button. 

In the pop-up window, select the type of field you wish to add (either fields from registration or Custom). If you want to add a Custom field, you'll need to give the field a name and check the Required? check-box if you always require a user to enter a value for that field.

You can add multiple fields, and when you're done just click the green Update button to save your changes.
