Enabling or disabling live chat for your website

Live chat allows users to discuss your live event in real-time. Live chat can be moderated to remove offensive users and/or messages. It is disabled by default when a site is launched. To disable or enable live chat:

  • Navigate to the Dashboard
  • Select Settings 
  • Navigate to the Chat area of the settings page
  • Click the drop down for Live Chat and choose the desired option

Click the green Save button at the bottom of the page.
